How far are you from Milan? How can I reach the city centre?
We are about 30/35 km from the city of Milan. If you are travelling by car, we recommend parking at Lampugnano (always open and very affordable) and taking the red metro line towards Duomo from there. By public transport, you need to take a taxi from the hotel to Busto Arsizio FS or Busto Arsizio Nord station and then take a train to Milan Central or Milan Cadorna.
From what time can I check in?
Rooms are guaranteed from 2:00 PM onwards, but if you need an early check-in and the room is ready, we can hand over the keys in advance. If it is too early and the rooms are not ready yet, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. There are no time limits.
Until what time can I check out?
Guests can check out by 12:00 PM. You can request to stay in the room (with prior notice) until 1:00 PM at no extra cost; after that, additional charges will apply based on the departure time.
What time does the reception close?
Our reception is always open, 24/7. We are available at any time of the day or night for any needs.
Do you have hourly room rates?
Yes, we offer hourly rates for up to 5 hours of stay or for day use. The price is €50.00 for up to 5 hours and €65.00 for day use.
Does the hotel have a shuttle service?
We do not have a dedicated shuttle, but we use a convenient local taxi service or NCC (chauffeur service). Prices vary depending on the destination, time of day, and whether the day is a holiday or a weekday.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have both covered parking and a small outdoor parking area. Some rooms also have parking directly in front oft he room. There are parking spaces for buses and heavy vehicles just outside the hotel. Parking is always included in the rate.
Do you offer wellness or massage services?

Do you offer a restaurant service?
We offer ready meals, sandwiches, and toast 24/7. Additionally, the bar service with a bartender for aperitifs is available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. There is a restaurant named For Good 20 metres from our hotel, open every day for lunch and dinner except Monday. We also have various agreements with other local restaurants. Simply present the hotel business card to receive a small discount.
What time is breakfast served? What does it include?
Our buffet breakfast is entirely homemade and ranges from sweet to savoury. Gluten-free and/or lactose-free options are also available. The buffet is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, but you can sit in the breakfast room from 6:30 AM. Packed breakfast is available upon request.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, our hotel is pet-friendly.
We only require a small additional fee of €15.00 for the final specific cleaning of the room. Upon your arrival, we will provide our rules for four-legged friends, which you will need to review and sign.
