Do you have a wellness service and / or a massage service?
Yes, we have a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and relaxation area with a herbal tea corner, but unfortunately, we do not have a massage service.The SPA route has a cost of € 50.00 for exclusive use for 2 hours of stay.
Does the hotel have a shuttle?
For transport, we rely on a local taxi service or NCC. Prices change according to the destination, the time slot and whether it is a holiday or a working day.
Do you have hourly room rates?
Yes, we have hourly rates for up to 5 hours of stay or for day-use. The price is € 50.00 per passage up to 5 hours or € 65.00 for day use.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, our structure is pet friendly, there will only be a supplement to be paid for the total stay for the specific final cleaning of the room of € 15.00 and our rules for 4-legged friends to view and sign upon arrival.
Is parking available?
Both covered parking and a small outdoor parking area are available. Budget rooms also have front-room parking. For buses and heavy vehicles there are pitches just outside the structure. It is always included in the rate.
Do you have a restaurant service?
Ready meals (first or second), sandwiches or toast are available 24 / 24h. In addition, the bar service with the bartender for aperitifs is available from 18:00 to 23:00.Next to our structure, at 20m, there is a restaurant called For Good open every day for lunch and dinner except Mondays. In the area there are also other restaurants of all kinds affiliated with us. Just show the hotel business card to get a small discount.
From what time is it possible to check-in?
The delivery of the rooms is guaranteed from 14:00 onwards, but if you need an early check-in and the room is ready, we can deliver the keys even in advance; if it is too early and the rooms are not ready, you can leave your luggage in the structure. There are no time limits.
How far are you from Milan? How is it possible to reach the city center?
Our hotel is about 30/35 km away from the city of Milan.If you have a car, our advice is to get to the Lampugnano car park (always open and very cheap) and from there take the red metro towards the Duomo.By public transport it is necessary to take a taxi from the Hotel to the Busto Arsizio FS or Busto Arsizio Nord station and from there take the train to Milano Centrale or Milano Cadorna.
Until what time is it possible to check out?
The room is guaranteed for guests leaving until 12:00. It's however possible to request to stay in the room (prior notice) until 13:00 at no additional cost; after this time there will be supplements to be paid which change according to the time of departure
What time does the reception close?
Our reception is always open, 24 / 24h. We are always available at any time of day or night.
What time is breakfast served? What does it include?
Our buffet breakfast is entirely artisanal, i.e. it is almost entirely produced by our breakfistas and varies from sweet to savory. Gluten-free and / or lactose-free versions are also available. The full buffet opening hours are from 7:00 to 11:00, but as early as 6:30 it is possible to sit in the dining room. Packed breakfast is available upon request.
